Day 17 of Master Cleanse

I decided this morning that Today will be the last day of the Master Cleanse. Not that I can't push it out for another 4 days because I can but I have already dropped a signficant amount of weight. Currently weighing 113lbs. EEK! I lost 18 pounds which is good and now I need to tone my body. I'm a size two in pants, which was my  goal to reach on June 26th and looks like I got that accomplished before. I still have some flab but like I said, I'm just going to tighten and tone up my body. I don't want to lose anymore weight, this is probably the skinniest I'll ever be.

My body feels alive and healthy.

A huge lesson I learned during this cleanse is discipline! I used to say yes to sweets and say yes to munching here and there and I learned how to take control of my body and my mind. I decided that I'm only going to eat dessert once a month and if I'm really craving something sweet, I will have a piece of fruit.

I have also set up a meal plan for myself, where I will be eating 6 times a day in small portions at a certain time. This meal plan will last until my parents come home. I will still be eating 6 times a day but eating my moms amazing Arabic cooking.

I will be reducing the amount of bread I take can, which is going to be hard because I'm Arab and most of our foods we eat with bread, but everything will be in small pieces.

So Once the Cleanse is over (tomorrow), I can only eat oranges for one day. So I need to juice the oranges tomorrow. And then Friday I will be eating oranges and vegetable broth. And then Saturday I can start eating soup and salad and fruit. Here's a website for info. http://www.thelemonadediet.com/comingoffdiet.html

I kept saying the first thing I'm going to eat is pizza and clam chowder but I think I'm going to start the meal plan on Sunday.

This cleanse has been fun and a great lesson. If I can have discipline in what I eat, I can have discipline in anything I do! I actually have been  disciplined with many things this year! So, so long to the cleanse and hello to a new healthier me!

Pictures will be posted later.

I want your feed back. What  do you think!!?

Oh Hello Size Two

I am so excited to announce that I finally fit in a size two pair of pants. And a size small in dresses. I have never been this small in my life before it feels so damn good. I tried on 20 different brands to make sure I wasn't kidding myself and sure enough a size two I am. Now that I have lost some inches its time to tone my body. I still have some jelly I want and need to lose off my belly and thighs. I have been exercising though and the cleanse has defiantly helped me with reaching my goals. I feel so alive.

As I mentioned in my previous post that my goals have become more and clearer. I will be reposting them what I want to accomplish.

When I've been reading books now, I have a greater understanding and not just reading to read.

This the first time in my life that when I've set a weight goal, I actually reached it.

Next weekend, I will be climbing Mt.Washington to get a sense of clarity and to be at peace with nature.

Tomorrow I'll be doing 20 miles for the Walk for Hunger. It's going to be my 5th year doing it making it a total of 100 miles so far.

I decided last night that I want to train for my first half-a-thon. This actually came from inspiration of one of my clients Rose Diaz. Her dedication to running was really encouraging.

I am really looking forward to going clothes shopping, once I hit my sales goal. So I am going to put it out to the universe that I need to make 50k in sales by the end of June so I can to clothes shopping and look more professional. Once I reach my goal I can go clothes shopping and my goal of get toned by my birthday. I have two months to do this but I know I can do it. I will meet my sales and weight goal!!

Thanks for reading my blog. Take care

Day 11 of The Master Cleanse

I did an oppsie. I haven't drank the Laxative Tea since last Friday which kind of defeats the purpose of the Cleanse. I'm drinking my cup now and I know my body will love me afterwards.

I have been more focused then ever with this cleanse! And I am surprised at the amount of energy I have been having! Woot woot!

More and more things are becoming clearer in my life with tunnel vision direction. Anyone who has done the cleanse, knows it's not about the weight loss (even though that is a bonus), but a cleanse of your whole system.

I have decided that I'm going to go back to eating six times a day like I used too when I did Track & Field in High School.

I want my body to look like this chicka (I don't know her name)
But I know I still have awhile to get there.

There's a Huge shout out I want to send to the Following people for their support: Karen Leavitt and Stacy & Jason Kennedy. Anything You do in your life, especially when there's a change, it's good to have people supporting you so Seriously Thank You!

Here is an article about the benefits of Cleansing that I have found.

I will say, I am really looking forward to eating in 10 days! I really just want soup and salad.

Thanks for reading my Blog, until next time Have a FEARLESS DAY!

Day 9 of Cleanse

Ah, This cleanse has been one of the best things I have ever done in my life. Not only have I been cleansing my body but my mind too. So I started this cleanse with just wanting to clean out my colon and my insides, but God Almighty had other plans. I have been able to focus more and retaining positive good energy and information in my life. There is a clearer meaning to life now and what my mission is. I will be redoing my goals as my focus has been tweaked. Not to say that my goals are not worth it because they are but there are a few things that are calling for my attention right now that everything else must be put on hold.

Yesterday I will admit that I got so hungry. Fresh baked pizza was at our office and the smells of the beautiful pizza just hit my hunger spots. But I did not give in.

Since I have been on this cleanse, i have been able to wake up naturally without an alarm clock (even though I always set it, just in case) between 6 and 6:30am no matter how late I've been going to been. This in itself is a huge benefit.

I feel like everything positive is coming into my life right now, the books I'm reading, the cds I'm listening too, the clients I'm dealing with, the people in my life. It's coming all together.

I plan on doing the cleanse several times a year now, to get this focus shift. I love it. I don't plan on doing it again for 21 days throughout the year but maybe a week.

Just wanted to say that I feel so alive and really really grateful that I have had the courage and  strength to do this cleanse. I also feel relaxed more than ever!!

Oh, on a note, not that I was trying to lose weigh But I'm down to 115lb.  I have working out a lot lately, walking more and building up my strength. The excise fat on my body is reducing and my muscles are starting to blossom.

Have a wonderful day and thank You for  reading my blog!

Day 6 of the Master Cleanse

So This  Master Cleanse Is a lot harder than I thought it was going to be.  The  first week was a lot of  bathroom time.  I Did the Sea Salt & water cleanse 3 times, but After reading some more information about that part of the cleanse  I stopped. On  Day four (thursday) I ended up  eating some yogurt (low-fat) because my body was  beginning to be really  weak and I couldn't function at all. Actually  I read an  that the sea salt and water not only kills all the  bad bacteria in your body, but the good  bacteria as well so Yogurt must be  eaten afterwards to replace those  good bacteria. I have been drinking herbal tea but with no sugar or caffeine. I feel great today and my scale said I'm down to 120. We'll see. I wouldn't advise anyone who doesn't really know their body to do this  master cleanse without first consulting a  doctor.  I know my body very well and the kind of  food I take in and Thank God I am pretty  healthy. So On  day 14  I will be posting pictures. Woot Woot! Week One is Over!!! CONQUER

Master Cleanse, Day 1

Fat Face

Everyone loves muffins, but not these kind of muffin tops
Wow, so today has been great so far with the Master Cleanse. I only  felt  hungry twice, but I fixed that hunger by making another cup of the Lemon mix.  It actually  tastes really good. My stomach is so filled with liquids it's  interesting. I have decided to do the Laxative tea and the water with sea salt at night so I am not in the bathroom all day. Let's just say from the Laxative Tea and salt water, it was defiantly a waterfall in the bathroom. I am not sure if this was  cheating or not, but I did take  vitamins in the morning because I already lack in Iron and  vitamin B12, I didn't want to  faint. Drinking Monavie (to learn more, go to www.exposedpurplediamonds.com) is also on hold right now, even though my body is craving it right now. Usually I munch on snacks through out the day but I didn't  feel the  urge to do so. I plan on doing the Master Cleanse for 21 days, not to lose weight but to clean out my system of any toxins it might have, even though I'm pretty  healthy Thank God & Thanks to Monavie!! I am currently 130 pounds (I lost 7 pounds back in March, but gained it back from eating pizza and mixed nuts and peanut butter sandwiches. Yet, I think it might be muscle too because I am down  to a size four in pants, so I have lost inches and all my size six clothing on me are extremely loose, I also exercise so not sure if it's  fat or muscle that I have  gained or both).  On May 9th will be the day I can eat real food again.  This past weekend, I pigged out on food so I can enjoy it a last time before the cleanse! I plan on having a stricter diet, when I am off the cleanse, meaning reducing my intake of carbs and increasing my  vegetable, fruit, and seafood in take like I used too. I just want to be healthier and have more energy. So Anyways, This is to Day One.
