Date Spinach Smoothie

Yum!!

4 dates
1 cup of spinach
1 celery stick
1 carrot
3 tbsp of flaxseed
2 tbsp of sunflower seeds
3 cups of water
1 tbsp of cinnamon powder
1 tbsp of ginger powder
1 tbsp of cayenne pepper powder
1 tbsp of crushed red pepper flakes

Put in blender until all smooth.

Enjoy!!
